Role Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage key high-value clients, oversee a team of account managers, and work closely with the Commercial Director on strategy and major upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent analytical skills, and experience with tools like Tableau and Power BI.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage key high-value clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Oversee a team of account managers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Director on strategy and major upsell opportunities.
  • Utilize analytical tools such as Tableau and Power BI to create new models and reports for management.
  • Develop and implement account management strategies to drive client retention and growth.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance to senior management.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in account management.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to create and present detailed reports and models for management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to account management.
  • Experience in managing high-value clients and leading a team of account managers.
