Role Description 🌐
As the Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our network of content suppliers. Working in tandem with sales and customer success teams your primary focus will be maintaining key partnerships, re-negotiating commercial terms, and providing dedicated service to our top partners whilst also securing new partnerships. You’ll develop and execute strategic plans for leveraging these relationships to ensure that our customers have access to market-leading content.
- Manage and nurture existing key partnerships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Re-negotiate and optimize commercial terms with existing partners to enhance value and strengthen relationships.
- Proactively identify and approach potential partners, conduct market research, and onboard new partners in line with strategic objectives.
- Provide personalized and dedicated service to top clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Work collaboratively with your team to support smaller partners, fostering proactive and positive relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and challenges.
