Role Description ๐ŸŒ

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead our business development initiatives. In this role, you will be tasked with driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our client base. Moreover, you will assume a pivotal position in nurturing and leading the team. This entails providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, establishing clear objectives, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Your capacity to inspire and motivate the team will be instrumental in realizing our ambitious business objectives.

Responsibilities ๐Ÿš€

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion and client acquisition.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, potential opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Develop long-term strategic plans for business growth, including market expansion, product diversification, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure. Track and analyze sales metrics, such as conversion rates and sales cycle length, to optimize performance.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, setting clear objectives, motivating team members, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with other businesses or organizations that can enhance the company’s offerings or expand its reach.
  • Develop accurate revenue forecasts based on market trends, sales projections, and historical performance.
  • Continuously assess and refine business development strategies and processes based on feedback, performance metrics, and industry best practices.

Qualificationsย ๐ŸŒŸ

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Experience managing a team, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
  • Experience in the prepaid products or loyalty industry is preferred.
