Accessibility Policy

Effective Date26 January 2022
Last UpdatedApril 2026
Version1.0

This Accessibility Policy sets out how Bamboo Card is committed to making its website and digital services accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, in line with internationally recognised standards and applicable law.

1. Our Commitment

Bamboo Electronic Cards Trading LLC, trading as Bamboo Card ("we", "our", "us"), is committed to ensuring that our website (www.bamboo-card.com), our portal, and our digital services are accessible and usable by as wide an audience as possible, regardless of ability or technology.

We work to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Our target conformance level is Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make digital content more accessible to people with a range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all pages and services available at www.bamboo-card.com and the Bamboo Card Portal, accessible to registered business clients. It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services linked to from our website, which are governed by their own accessibility policies.

3. What We Are Doing

We take the following steps to improve and maintain accessibility across our digital services:

Semantic HTML structure. We use properly structured HTML to ensure that assistive technologies such as screen readers can interpret and present our content accurately.

Keyboard navigability. Core website and portal functions are navigable using a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse or pointer device.

Colour contrast. We design our interface to meet the WCAG 2.1 AA minimum contrast ratios for text and interactive elements.

Alternative text. Images that convey meaning include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked appropriately to avoid unnecessary noise for screen reader users.

Responsive design. Our website and portal are designed to be usable across a range of devices and screen sizes, including mobile phones and tablets.

Form accessibility. Form fields include labels and error messages that are accessible to assistive technology.

Ongoing review. We review accessibility as part of our regular development cycle and aim to address issues identified in audits and user feedback in a timely manner.

4. Known Limitations

While we work toward full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, we acknowledge that some areas of our platform may not yet fully meet these standards. This can include third-party embedded content, certain legacy portal components currently under development, and some document formats such as PDFs generated for client reporting purposes.

We are actively working to address known gaps as part of our ongoing development roadmap.

5. Assistive Technology Compatibility

Our website and portal are designed to be compatible with commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver, and browser-based accessibility tools. We test against modern browser versions and commonly available assistive software.

6. Feedback and Contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website and services. If you experience a barrier to access, have difficulty using any part of our platform, or would like to request content in an alternative format, please contact us:

Email: support@bamboo-card.com

Website: www.bamboo-card.com

Address: Bamboo Electronic Cards Trading LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We aim to respond to accessibility queries within five business days. Where we are unable to resolve an issue immediately, we will provide an estimated timeframe and an alternative means of accessing the relevant content or service where possible.

7. Enforcement and Applicable Standards

This Policy is informed by WCAG 2.1 Level AA and reflects our commitment to inclusive digital design. For users accessing our services from the European Union or United Kingdom, we note that our accessibility approach aligns with the principles of the EU Web Accessibility Directive and the UK Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations where applicable.

For users in the UAE, this Policy is consistent with our broader compliance obligations under applicable federal legislation governing digital services.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Accessibility Policy from time to time to reflect improvements to our platform, changes in applicable standards, or changes in applicable law. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document.

Version 1.0 — April 2026. This document supersedes all prior versions of the Bamboo Card Accessibility Policy.
